Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods are outside our control.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages KJDCREATIONS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact the carrier to file a claim.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at kd47250@yahoo.com — we can only make changes before the order has been fulfilled.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
